Organization of corporate events for Adyen

01. Events

ADYEN commissioned us to organize four events to present the Spanish subsidiary and its offices in the country.

Events at its headquarters in Madrid:

Open Day, when the Head Office staff in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and other European subsidiaries attend.
Recruitment Day to attract talent.
Company Update to connect with all subsidiaries.

Events at the Sala ABC on the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid:

Adyen Connect, specifically for customers.

Adyen Connect Travel Edition 2023

We organised the first edition of Adyen Connect Travel Edition in an unbeatable location, the Puro Grand Hotel in Palma de Mallorca.

We managed hotel booking, set up, and overall event organisation.

The objective of Adyen for this event was to showcase the technological solutions it offers for the hotel industry, and it was a resounding success! The outcome couldn't have been better: excellent attendance and satisfaction.

Adyen Connect Grow Together

We organised a new Adyen Connect event, this time the Grow Together edition, an annual event held in Spain to promote the payment methods offered by Adyen in Madrid.

It was an event where experiences were shared, new opportunities were explored, and valuable connections were established in integrated payments, retail, and unified commerce.

Participants could immerse themselves in an inspiring environment, surrounded by history and charm, at Green Patio, Madrid's last remaining old factory, while learning from experts and industry leaders.

The event concluded with a cocktail for all attendees, where they could firsthand experience Adyen's solutions at different stations (simulated purchases in a store, a café, or a cocktail bar).

Adyen Merchant Risk Council

In late May, within the framework of the Merchant Risk Council held in Barcelona, we were commissioned to organise a dinner for Adyen executives and their clients in Barcelona.

The chosen restaurant was Dos Pebrots, located in the city centre. We closed the entire restaurant to ensure that the 60 guests could enjoy a relaxed evening and strengthen bonds.

02. Streaming

To transmit what happens in each face-to-face event, we also broadcast via streaming during the events held at Adyen's headquarters in Spain.

03. Ephemeral stands

We built five cardboard stands to dynamize the space reserved in the ABC Hall. These spaces, of different shapes and sizes, served as establishments to get food, drinks and gifts: a cocktail stall, a taco tavern, a gift shop, a sweet shop with sweets and jelly beans, and spaces for games. Signage, decorative murals, and tables and chairs were also produced. Everything was spread over an area of 300 m².

Following the designs made in Amsterdam, we executed each space on a 10 mm Kraft cardboard sheet, industrialized for assembly and mechanized to support weight, height and overhang. The benches had a resistance of up to 100 kg static weight.

The printing was done flat (up to 6 m²), with direct inks, including white ink. The volumetric elements were cut with a knife-cutting plotter. The assembly was carried out on-site.

For the Madrid event, we had to build a series of stands or stations with wooden structures and polycarbonate panels to create spaces for interacting with Adyen's solutions. Continuous LED bars were used for the front lighting of the counters, and LED backlighting was employed for ambient lighting.

Decorative plants were also used to enhance the décor and fill the spaces.

04. Video and photography

We took care of the shooting of all the sessions and the video recording.

Finally, we edited a 90" spot that shows what happened in the internal and client sessions.
