Celsa Annual Meeting 2023

Together, stronger than ever

CELSA GROUP is the largest Spanish-owned steel company and Europe's second-largest producer of long products. The multinational comprises eight large business groups with steel producers, rolling mills, processing plants, distribution companies and recycling centres.

01. Hybrid event

We participated in the new edition of the annual meeting of Celsa Group, this time in a hybrid format.

The 2021 edition was 100% online (details here). This year Celsa wanted to make the meeting in a hybrid format.

Three physical locations: Barcelona, Bilbao and Santander, connected live between them through our WeCongress system. Thanks to this, all the speakers and attendees were able to interact with each other as if they were in the same room.

A technological test that was a great challenge for us and that we were able to carry out without any problems.

At the same time, a microsite was opened so that the event could be seen from the different floors. In this way, more than 1,300 professionals from Celsa Spain Group and Global Support&Services could follow and participate in the presentations, the awards ceremony, Q&A and speeches from the authorities.

02. Audiovisual production

Three locations with four different realisations

During the event, live broadcasts were carried out from each of the three locations where the event took place.

A fourth was added to these three realisations for the virtual version of the event. In this way, we allowed a large part of the Celsa team to be part of the meta-event without travelling to any of the theatres where the live shows took place.

03. Microsite

A microsite was created with the live streaming of the event so that people from the Celsa Group plants could attend the event virtually.
